Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 14 October 2026. These terms cover tracknab.net, TrackNab: Solutions Simplified and related services. The contracting company is TrackNab Software & Networking L.L.C for UAE customers or TrackNab Software & Networking W.L.L for Qatar customers, according to the school’s agreement. By using the services, you agree to these terms; if you disagree, stop using them.
Starting prices
Flex starting rates are AED 1 per student per month or AED 50 per bus per month. These are alternative billing bases. Annual pricing applies a 20% discount to twelve monthly subscriptions and displays the total payable annually.
Your deployment quote
The final quote defines eligibility, quantities, included features, trial duration, taxes, setup, hardware, support and payment terms. Premium and custom projects require a separate quote. The website does not accept payments or form a service contract.
Trial requests
A free trial can be requested. Trial scope and duration must be confirmed by TrackNab before activation.
Estimates and demonstrations
The time calculator is an illustration based on the inputs you choose and is not a guarantee of results. Demonstrations use fictional examples and simplified designs; they do not show live customer information.
Custom work and availability
Custom requirements are subject to feasibility and an agreed delivery scope. Optional capabilities depend on deployment. The TrackNab School ERP is launching soon. Integration with existing school systems is scoped per school.
Our services
Use TrackNab only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law and your school’s signed service agreement. Minors need permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
User representations
Provide accurate, current account and purchase details and keep them updated. You must have legal capacity or parent/guardian permission, comply with applicable law, and use only authorised access methods. Minors require parent/guardian permission and supervision. Do not impersonate another user or transfer your account. False or incomplete information may lead to suspension.
Prohibited activities
Do not bypass security, access data without permission, spread malware, harass others, scrape private information or disrupt the service. Do not phish, impersonate others, submit false support reports, send spam, introduce tracking software, remove ownership notices, infringe intellectual property, use unauthorised bots or buying agents, frame the service without permission, or exploit it to build a competing product. Ordinary browser and search-engine use is permitted. Use must comply with applicable law and the intended school service.
Intellectual property
TrackNab and its licensors retain rights in the software, content and branding. Your limited licence permits authorised personal or internal school/business use and printing permitted content with ownership notices intact. Other commercial copying, distribution or use requires written permission. Do not copy, sell or reverse-engineer them without permission, except where the law allows. You may send lawful, non-confidential feedback that you have the right to provide; TrackNab may use it without compensation. This does not transfer ownership of student records or personal data. Material infringement may end your licence.
Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the services. Access may be suspended or ended for misuse or breach of these terms or applicable law. Do not evade suspension by opening an account with a false, borrowed or third-party identity. TrackNab may seek appropriate legal remedies. Paid-service termination and cancellation follow the signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
Website content is provided for general information. TrackNab is not liable for decisions made solely on website content; service commitments are set out only in signed agreements. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total fees paid by you to TrackNab in the 5 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and punitive losses, including lost profit, revenue or data, where lawful. These limits do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law
For customers contracted with TrackNab Software & Networking L.L.C, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. For customers contracted with TrackNab Software & Networking W.L.L, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have exclusive jurisdiction.
Purchases and payment
Payment is by bank transfer: AED for UAE customers and QAR for Qatar customers. Pay the agreed charges, applicable taxes and any agreed shipping fees under your quote or signed agreement. Subscription billing and renewal follow that agreement; the website does not charge cards automatically. We may correct pricing errors or refuse an order.
Cancellation
Request cancellation at info@tracknab.net, +971 56 614 9544 or +974 6697 8709. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, subject to your signed agreement.
Software and mobile app licence
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TrackNab: Solutions Simplified and related software on devices you own or control for the intended service. Follow Apple App Store or Google Play usage rules and applicable third-party agreements. Do not modify, redistribute, sell, decrypt, derive source code, remove ownership notices, send unsolicited automated queries, or use our interfaces to build competing products, except where law expressly permits.
App distributor terms
TrackNab, not Apple or Google, provides required app maintenance and support. For a warranty failure, the distributor may refund any app purchase price under its policies and has no further warranty obligation where law permits. You must comply with applicable export restrictions and must not be on US prohibited-party lists or in a US-embargoed jurisdiction. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce the app licence terms.
Services management
We may monitor compliance, investigate misuse, restrict unauthorised access, remove unlawful or system-burdening files and take appropriate legal action to protect the service. These powers do not change our privacy obligations or agreed service commitments.
Privacy
Data is hosted with secure cloud providers; details are in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications and interruptions
We may change services, content or prices, and maintenance or technical faults may interrupt access. Changes to these terms are notified by email and on this page, with the effective date stated. Continued use after that date indicates acceptance. Support, updates and availability commitments are defined in the signed agreement; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Dispute resolution
The parties first attempt informal negotiation for 60 days, starting from written notice by either party. Unresolved disputes go to the courts identified under Governing law. This does not prevent urgent court relief for intellectual property, theft, privacy, unauthorised use or an injunction.
Corrections
We may correct errors or omissions in descriptions, pricing and availability. Confirm contractual details in your quote and signed agreement.
Disclaimer
Except for signed service commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, services and website information are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Linked third-party services are not endorsed or guaranteed by TrackNab. No safety technology replaces the school’s supervision and required safety procedures.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you must compensate TrackNab and its staff for third-party claims and reasonable legal costs caused by your misuse, breach of these terms, unlawful harmful acts or infringement of others’ rights. We will reasonably notify you of claims and may control the defence at your expense; you must cooperate.
User data
We process data needed to run the service under the Privacy Policy and school agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawful provision and appropriate backup of data you submit. Data-loss responsibilities follow your signed agreement and applicable law; these terms do not waive mandatory privacy rights.
Electronic communications
You agree to receive service notices by email and through the service and to use electronic records and signatures where legally valid. Website forms request contact or trials; they do not themselves create a paid-service contract.
Miscellaneous
These terms and applicable signed agreements govern use of the services. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it. Rights and obligations may be assigned where lawful; events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the rest. Electronic form or authorship alone does not invalidate these terms. Keep a copy for your records.
