Delete your TrackNab account

You can request deletion of your TrackNab app account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Email info@tracknab.net with the subject “Account deletion request” from your registered email address. Include your name, school, registered phone number and app (Parent / Driver / Teacher). You may also contact us on WhatsApp from your registered phone number.

What happens next

We verify your request, delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days of verification, and confirm by email. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before proceeding.

What may be kept

Records the school is legally required to keep, such as attendance records, remain with the school under its own policy. Anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained.

Student records

Student records are controlled by the school. Parents may also contact the school directly to request access, correction or deletion of those records.
